MAIN FUNCTION

The handstand press-up trainer strengthens the arm, shoulder, chest, stomach, back, leg and buttock muscles. Promotes strength, flexibility, coordination and balance.

INSTRUCTION FOR USE

Various support exercises, such as push-ups and leg raises, but also handstand exercises can be practiced on the bars.
