The step trainer trains the calf, thigh and gluteal muscles and stabilizes the ankle joints. Promotes strength and flexibility.
INSTRUCTION FOR USE
STEP: Go to the lower platform and then to the higher one. Use one foot at a time and move your arms accordingly or hold on to the handles.
SQUAT: Jump on a platform with both legs. Make sure that your feet land at the same time. Alternatively, you can jump on one leg. Stabilize yourself after each landing.
STRETCH: You can stretch yourself using the handles.
